Founded in Melbourne in 2020 by Soren Kemp, Northstar is a project controls consultancy that specialises in project management, scheduling, cost estimation, cost control, change control, human-centred PMO design and training future Project Controllers.

While our core passion will always be project controls, what makes us unique is our social science and participatory bent. We do project controls differently.
